1. Introduction

Welcome to Spec2S. By accessing and using the Spec2S platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Spec2S is an AI-powered software development platform based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. These terms govern the use of all features, tools, and services provided by Spec2S.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Spec2S web application, APIs, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or organization that registers for and uses the Service.
• "Content" includes all source code, documentation, designs, and other outputs generated through the Platform.
• "Credits" are virtual currency units used to pay for AI services on the Platform.

3. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each person may only maintain one account unless explicitly authorized by Spec2S.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the source code and content generated through the Service using your account, unless otherwise agreed upon. Spec2S retains all rights to the platform, technology, AI algorithms, models, and underlying intellectual property.

You grant Spec2S a non-exclusive license to use your content for the purpose of improving and operating the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create malicious software, malware, or any software that violates applicable laws.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other systems or accounts.
• Abuse system resources or engage in activities harmful to the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service to third parties.

6. Payment & Credits

Spec2S operates on a credit-based model. Users purchase credits to use AI services. The credit cost for each task is displayed before execution.

All credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Spec2S reserves the right to change credit pricing with 30 days prior notice to users.

7. Service Level

Spec2S commits to maintaining 99.5% uptime for the platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

In the event of prolonged service disruption, Enterprise plan users may be eligible for credit compensation under their individual SLA agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spec2S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Spec2S's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at spec2s.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Spec2S reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

Spec2S reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
